Riding again

Rick just celebrated another birthday. This year he decided to start riding a bike again. I bought him a new bike for his birthday.

Fall is here!

Fall is finally here. My favorite time of the year. I love the brisk feeling of the morning air as the sun warms my skin. It is also a beautiful time of the year.

Amanda was here for a quick visit late August. She shares a love of photography with Rick. She became the happy owner of one of Rick's cameras. It is a manual camera which will give Amanda the opportunity to learn new photograpy skills. We can look forward to more pictures in her 'Blog'!

Mom's Visit

Mom decided she would drive to Calilfornia (alone). I admit I was a bit concerned over her driving so far alone but she did fine. We had a wonderful visit. My sister, Debbie drove over from Santa Barbara to spend a day with us.

Out for a morning walk. It was a beautiful morning. We decided to take advantage of the opportunity to enjoy the warm sunshine and admire the various gardens along the way.
